Over the last week, I've already started to do more working out than I am used to doing. I made a plan to try and workout ever Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday and in this post I will explain what I did each day. Although I will only exercise 3 days a week, I'll be trying to eat better consistently throughout the entire week. I didn't focus too much on what I ate this week because I wanted to focus on planning my workouts first. I'll be spending most of my time working out at Planet Fitness. |
